I have been working in the Financial Services Industry for over 14 years.
In 1988 I started my first retail business, “Success Appliances” trading as Scratch n Dent Centre”. I
came across this unique concept whilst on a holiday in USA. I have been a Qualified Financial Adviser
QFA since 2015 and in 2022, I achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

I am deeply passionate about the success of others and our ethos is to put our customers at the
heart of everything we do and deliver exceptional levels of service. It’s a truism that people may
forget the price they paid but will never forget how you made them feel.

Lumondt started his career as an Attorney, Notary & Conveyancer in South Africa in 1998 and then moved to the Financial Services industry in Cape Town with Old Mutual where he spent 21 years in varied managerial roles. In Ireland he gained invaluable experience with New Ireland and Bank of Ireland from 2019 onwards, before venturing on his own at the end of 2024.

As an expat living in Dublin, Lumondt has developed a strong interest in supporting the holistic wellbeing of expats, which he focuses on in his capacity as Founder and Managing Director of Howzit Expats – a global expat community managed from Ireland.

Lumondt is passionate about living life to its fullest and is involved in a broad range of activities outside of work – his passion for music as an avid pianist led him to start an NGO focused on climate education in schools across the world called The Wonders of this Place – CLIMATE EDUCATION.
